What song is at the top of your playlist?

I love classical, which is weird for me to say, because I also love me some hip hop. But right now my favorite song I listen to when wanting to submerge myself in a quick run or get a PR in weigh lifting (personal record with weights) is Reverie by Ludovico Einaudi. It’s the same song they played during the commercial for the Olympics about the mom’s sacrificing for their kids to be Olympic Athletes and maybe that is why I love it so much. Makes me feel like a strong mom.

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be a doctor when I grew up. I loved playing with yucky things and dissecting things. I was a tomboy and loved to scare my brother who was 11 years older than me with garden snakes wrapped around my neck.

What is the best piece of either personal or professional advice you’ve gotten?

Help others achieve their dreams first and you will achieve yours.

What is the best piece of either personal or professional advice you’ve gotten?

I have LOTS of favorite quotes and scriptures. Every season of my life I have a different scripture or word I like to live by or a theme. I have quotes all over my wall. The one that is meaning the most to be right now is one by Mother Teresa:
