Ready for Blue15, TOMORROW?!  You can review past discussions about the bookstore, using social media, and even how to take advantage of Blue if you are not attending. But if you want info on 2015, this is for you…

Some Things You Need to Know for Blue15:

1 – Arrival / Check-In
You may arrive and check-in starting at 8:15am on Friday, May 1 and at 8:30am on Saturday, May 2. Check-in is located in the Fairfax.cc lobby. At check-in you will receive a Conference notebook and nametag. The Coffee Shop will be open throughout the Conference.

2 – Sessions
The Sanctuary doors will open at 8:45am and BLUE will start at 9am both days. On Friday, BLUE sessions are from 9am-5pm and from 7:30-9:30pm. BLUE sessions are from 9am-12:30pm on Saturday. Dress for BLUE is casual.

3 – Lunch / Breaks
Networking lunches with some of our speakers will take place throughout the building on Friday. There is a map in your Conference notebook that lists the lunch speakers and locations. We will be having box lunches and there will be gluten-free and vegetarian options for attendees who have requested them ahead of time. There will be refreshment/snack breaks on Friday morning, Friday afternoon and Saturday morning.

4 – Dinner / Dessert
Dinner will be available for purchase on-site via food trucks so networking and fellowship can continue! Attendees who are not able to stay on-site for dinner should be sure to return for our dessert reception from 6:30-7:30pm Friday night before the evening session.

5 – Concert
On Friday night (May 1), Jon McLaughlin will be hosting an unforgettable evening of music and conversation. Bring a friend for $10 admission!
