COFFEE SHOP MEDIA MANAGER
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly content for social media, showcasing seasonal drinks, staff highlights, customer stories, promotions, roaster spotlights, and events.
- Coordinate with the communications team to update menus and collaborate during events
- Manage Google Business Profile Reviews
- Update the coffee shop website with photos, event details, and hours
- Engage with followers, local roasters, and cafes through daily social media interactions
- Highlight monthly roasters with creative promotions
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and Premiere
- Experience in online marketing and strategy development
- Content types: Create various types of content, including videos, photos, graphics, informative and engaging captions that accurately reflect Fairfax Coffee
- Online Engagement: Cultivate meaningful interactions online by actively responding to comments, stories, posts, and online reviews. Foster a warm and inviting community by engaging with our audience regularly
- Strong group communication, writing, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to respond quickly to feedback, collaborate effectively with team members, and adapt to evolving needs
- Creative flair with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects
